How the process goes
- You tell us where from, where to, when, and how many are travelling.
- VolarJets provides initial guidance and asks permission before referring your details.
- The provider decides whether it can quote and, if so, identifies who contracts and who operates.
- Any contract, payment, passenger list or service is handled directly with the provider.
- The provider supplies the final itinerary with the FBO address and reporting time.
The twenty-four-hour boundary
With 24 hours or more, the enquiry can be reviewed normally. Between 12 and 24 hours it is urgent, carries a surcharge and the provider must confirm aircraft, crew, permits and slots.
VolarJets does not accept enquiries with less than 12 hours. A later date must be selected.
What is in the price
The app guidance does not set inclusions. The final quote identifies the operator and states in writing what is included, which charges apply and which services are separate.
Changes and cancellations
Any change of time, date, route, passengers or service is subject to the operator, slots, permits and possible costs. The specific terms are provided in writing before confirmation.
Cancellation terms are set by the operator and appear in the flight contract. They are worth reading before signing: they vary a great deal between operators, and they are what surprises people most on the day they matter.
