What a charter flight actually is

Not a ticket. The whole aircraft, for the journey you decide, with the door open at the hour that suits you.

You hire the aircraft, not the seat

With an airline you buy a place on a flight that already exists. With a charter the flight does not exist until you ask for it: the whole aircraft is contracted and flown wherever you say, whether you travel alone or with seven others.

You contract the whole aircraft rather than individual seats. Even so, passenger count, baggage and required fuel can change the viable category or configuration, so the final quote starts with the group’s actual details.

Who flies and who coordinates

VolarJets provides information and refers authorised enquiries to one independent provider. It does not sell, contract, charge for, invoice, confirm or operate flights. The provider identifies who contracts and which operator performs the flight.

The distinction has consequences. The operator is responsible for the operation and the provider for its quote, contracting and payment. VolarJets is responsible only for its own information and referral activity.

Where a quote comes from

The guidance starts with an hourly rate that depends on the aircraft: from $4,620 in the lightest category. Longer-range categories can start at $18,000. The final quote reflects the complete mission, availability and applicable charges.

That is why the figure you see in this app is guidance, not an offer. Only the provider can issue the final quote after reviewing the mission and available aircraft.
